Q: How do I indicate with whom I’d like to sit?

A: After you’ve added tickets to your cart, there will be a field where you can add names of your preferred seat mates. 

Q: What’s for dinner?

Guests will enjoy a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres and beer & wine. Dinner includes mixed baby head lettuces with farmers’ cheese, pistachios and champagne vinaigrette, a choice of Pinot Noir braised short ribs, grilled chicken breast or a vegetarian risotto and a Meyer lemon chiffon cake.

Q: Do I receive volunteer hours for donating wine to this event?

We are seeking larger donations of wine. Families will receive 5 volunteer hours for each case of wine valued at $240 or more. Please reach out to Adrian Moye, adrian@vincentarroyo.com.

Q: Are the shared tables assigned seating?

A: Yes. Once ticket sales have ended, the committee will use the preferred seat mates list to assign seats at shared tables.

Q: Can I pick up anything I may win at a later time?

A: Items must be removed from Silverado Country Club at the end of the evening. Thank you for understanding.
